My suggestion would be first to try the elliptical machine for exercise, but if you are having problems walking just so I do not think it will aider.Ma recommendation would be to take some swimming lessons. It will help in reducing the accumulation of stress on joints during exercise. Yoga is a good solution too. You can certainly tone up the body and help stimulate blood flow to joints and muscles without causing tension.Quant to food, eat reasonably. Eliminate all sugars, wheat, gluten (found in bread and pasta), dairy and everything traitée.Mangez lot of lean meats (ie chicken, turkey) and fish, vegetables, fruits in the morning. Nuts are a good source of protein and natural fat that your body needs. Bake, broil, or grill your food instead of frying. Remember to drink plenty of water.

The first thing is your diet. Reduce your carbs and sugar. Focus on lean meats, vegetables and cereals. So eat more often. If you have 3 meals a day, simply divide in half and separate the space of 2 hours. Frequently in the metabolism to eat small portions increases. Then, if you’re like me, I can not walk or run. So I use the stationary bike and adjust the seat so that my legs do not extend fully, and use easy adjustment so that the traffic is not so hard. I like to weight train, but do not exercise that influence on the knees. Learn to work around it. If it deals since childhood and I am over 40 years now. You can do it.

My joints bother me much. My grandfather used to use it and thought I would give it a shot and I noticed a big difference in a few weeks. I take one ounces mixed with a little honey in warm water twice a day.
